<p>We’re seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely for an initial 3-month project with the potential for extension.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels (CRM pro, preferably with HubSpot experience).</li> <li>Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy with integrated touchpoints for maximum impact.</li> <li>Automate tasks, organise workflows, and track team performance efficiently.</li> <li>Conduct in-depth industry and competitor analysis.</li> <li>Identify unique selling propositions (USPs) and build data-driven marketing strategies with KPI tracking and set-up, etc.</li> <li>Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.</li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Proven expertise in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.</li> <li>Master of multi-channel marketing strategies.</li> <li>Excellent organisational and project management skills.</li> <li>Advanced industry and competitor analysis skills.</li> <li>Strategic thinking and ability to build effective marketing plans with measurable KPIs.</li> <li>Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.</li> <li>Critical thinking and ability to work independently while taking initiative.</li> <li>Budget management experience (a plus).</li> <li>EU/UK/American degree (desirable).</li> </ul><p><strong>Salary:</strong> 18,000 - 30,000 UAH per month.<br /></p>
